Returns and refunds

At Hybrid Unity, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below for full details on how to return items and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to be eligible for a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable goods (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@hybrid-unity.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the return.
  • Please do not send the item back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • The cost of return shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Please note that shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@hybrid-unity.com.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. Refunds can take several business days to process.
  • If you still have not received your refund after checking, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are ineligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Undergarments and socks
    • Swimwear (unless unworn with tags intact)
    • Personal grooming products
